What Do We Do?
System Design
Solar power installation starts from proper sizing of the system. We offer our client based on their needs. Through our knowledge and expertise, we are sure to provide the system that best fits our customers' demands.
From single line diagrams, 3D model representations, technical or simplified presentations, to providing an accurate quotation, we provide pre-sales materials to our customers to help them further understand how solar power system works and guide them in their decision-making. We conduct free site inspections to further understand our clients' requirements to ensure that we provide the right system size and setup for them.
Supply and Installation
Like any other system or even on simpler things such as cars or cellular phones, solar power system's longevity highly depends on the quality of its components and the installation procedures. The better the quality of the components and how it was installed, the longer the life expectancy will be for the system.
Equipped with the proper trainings, certifications, skills and experiences, our engineers and technicians are guaranteed to provide the best services while maintaining safety on site. We also give priority to the aesthetics as well as cleanliness while doing the installation, to make sure that everything meets our customers' standards and expectations.
Maintenance Services
We aim to reach the 20 to 25 year life expectancy of our customers' solar power system. Aside from proper installation procedures, periodic maintenance also plays a big factor to achieve longer life expectancy of the solar power system. From cleaning of the solar panels and inverters, to checking for loose connections and data displayed by the inverter or monitoring applications, we make sure that everything works the way they should. We also provide reports especially if some abnormalities or findings (such as untightened screws on the roof) for transparency and to assure that those findings were addressed appropriately. As part of our package, Quarterly Maintenance is FREE for the first year of installation as it is during the first year that is critical and should be observed, since all the issues or problems are expected to be encountered during this period.
After-sales Support
Our services does not end after installation. We make sure to still keep in touch and make our lines open should some issues arise after the installation of the solar power system.
Once issues were raised, we treat it with urgency and that it should be addressed as soon as possible. We give utmost importance to our clients' concerns. Rest assured that we will still be there even after the system acquisition to address all concerns encountered by our valued customers.
